The Latin Recording Academy has announced the nominees for the 27th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards.

Tania León has received two nominations; the first, Best Classical Composition for "Raíces (Origins)" performed by the London Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Edward Gardner, and the second Best Classical Album for Tania León: Horizons, Raíces (Origins), Stride, Pasajes, recorded live by the London Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Edward Gardner, Karina Canellakis, and Dima Slobodeniouk.

The London Philharmonic Orchestra released a recording of León's works, Tania León: Horizons, Raíces (Origins), Stride, Pasajes on their own label in July 2025. This recording is a culmination of her work as Composer-in-Residence from 2023-25.

The 27th annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards will air live from Las Vegas on Thursday, Nov. 12, at 8 p.m. ET/PT in the U.S. via TelevisaUnivision platforms. Prior to the broadcast, the Latin Grammy Premiere, a non-televised ceremony announcing most of the winners, will take place.
